Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping – 3–5 business days after processing
- Express Shipping – 1–2 business days after processing
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Free Shipping Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Check our current promotions at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at mitchn157@gmail.com - We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Nuge Ink is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
